Lost or Stolen Packages
While lost or stolen packages are frustrating, once handed to our couriers, it's beyond our control. If this occurs, contact us at see@therubark.com, and we'll assist. We recommend filing a claim with the courier and may provide updates or replacements based on the situation.
Couriers may locate lost packages, but if not, file a police report. Rubark isn't responsible for lost or stolen packages, but we're here to help resolve issues.
