Cancellation Policy

Please be advised that any alterations or cancellations to an order must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Beyond this timeframe, we may be unable to accommodate your request as the order will have progressed to the processing phase. If you cancel your order within 24 hours, we'll initiate your refund within 7 business days.

Should you remain dissatisfied and wish to return your items, you may do so within 60 days under our money-back guarantee. Please note that shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged Items

We take utmost care in packaging our products to prevent damage during transit. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or if the product is physically broken. However, damaged packaging resulting from shipping, such as dented boxes, with the product in good condition, is not considered damage.

Should your item arrive damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. To report a damaged item, email us at see@therubark.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We'll assess your eligibility for a replacement at no extra cost. Please note that we do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through regular use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive for timely deliveries, we cannot be held liable for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by couriers, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances during transit. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We bear no responsibility for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address provided at checkout. Failure to notify us of any discrepancies within 24 hours of placing the order will result in the customer not being entitled to a resend or refund.
